Isabella Masini

Isabella Masini’s practice encompasses health-related disputes, commercial matters, and product liability claims, with particular experience in tort litigation and cases involving pharmaceutical and medical device issues. Isabella brings a thorough command of the procedural and substantive issues that arise in complex civil litigation and has handled matters at each phase of the litigation lifecycle, including advising clients on pre-suit risk assessment and defense strategy, briefing and arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions of party, fact, and expert witnesses, participating in settlement negotiations and mediations, and serving as co-chair through trial.

Before joining the firm, Isabella built a strong litigation foundation defending clients in matters involving medical negligence, premises liability, and catastrophic injury. Her commitment to the intersection of law and public health is further reflected in her work as a Health Justice Project Clinic Bridge Fellow at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she administered social and legal screenings for COVID-19 testing participants and played an instrumental role in establishing a medical-legal partnership serving the Maywood community of Chicago.
