John C. Molluzzo, Jr. is Of Counsel in the Litigation Practice of the firm's New York office. Mr. Molluzzo is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer with a diverse practice that focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on contract disputes, shareholder derivative and securities claims, and antitrust claims, as well as representing clients before regulatory agencies. Mr. Molluzzo has taken matters to arbitration and trial before the International Chamber of Congress, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and bankruptcy court. Mr. Molluzzo has also argued multiple appeals. He also has deep experience with real estate litigation and creditors rights, including commercial foreclosures, Uniform Commercial Code foreclosures, and litigating disputes among purchasers, sellers, and operators of commercial real property.
