Pamela is an associate in the tax litigation, administrative law, and constitutional (amparo) practice at the Mexico City office.

She has participated in complex, high-impact judicial matters before state and federal courts, being actively involved from start to finish in various landmark litigation proceedings, representing domestic and international clients across different industries, including pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, tax, telecommunications, technology, construction, real estate, and energy.

She also has experience in regulatory practice, advising clients in various regulated industries on compliance with requirements before health authorities, including COFEPRIS.
