Holly is a member of the Private Equity Real Estate team in Greenberg Traurig’s London office and focuses her practice on corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and investment fund formations, with a particular emphasis on the real estate sector.
She has broad experience advising prominent fund managers, funds, family offices, asset managers and financial institutions.
