Ryan Sirianni focuses his practice on consumer finance litigation in federal and New York State trial and appellate courts. Ryan’s experience includes representing lenders in litigated foreclosure actions, defending claims of fraud and violation of financial consumer acts, such as the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act of 1974 (RESPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA), and consumer protection acts, such as the New York General Business Law.

  • Represented major pharmaceutical and medical devices company defending claim of patent infringement in three-week jury trial.°
