Election Law Center Conference: 25th Anniversary of Bush v. Gore

Greenberg Traurig is a proud sponsor of the Election Law Center Conference: 25th Anniversary of Bush v. Gore, taking place at FSU College of Law in Auditorium 101 on Friday, February 28, and Saturday, March 1.
The event will feature a keynote address from David Boies and Ben Ginsberg, counsel in the landmark Bush v. Gore case heard by the U.S. Supreme Court. The conference will explore the ongoing implications of Bush v. Gore's key holdings and assess how the federal judiciary's role in resolving election disputes has evolved since that ruling. Attendees can also look forward to engaging panels featuring more than a dozen nationally known election law professors, federal and state judges, and key former state and county officials involved in resolving the disputes surrounding the 2000 election. Additionally, there will be a special gallery opening during the event showcasing the original U.S. Supreme Court artist sketches, which capture the drama and significance of this high-profile case. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to all attendees.
