She will also join a program titled, “Track A: From the Frying Pan and Into the Fire: Handling Audits Under the New Centralized Partnership Audit Regime” at 1:45 p.m. EST. According to the agenda, the panel will discuss the differences between Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 and the newly enacted centralized partnership audit regime rules. As a former tax litigator for the IRS, Ferreira brings unique experience to clients who have complex and sensitive tax and penalty disputes. She represents clients before the IRS and state and local tax agencies at the audit, collection, appeals, and litigation stages.

About Greenberg Traurig's Tax Practice: To stay competitive in today’s global marketplace, international companies must seek out greater efficiency in their tax planning and compliance, including coordinating tax decisions from country to country.
