Eugenia A. Prezas is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office. Her practice focuses on representing emerging and established companies, lenders, and venture capital, private equity, and other institutional investors in a broad range of corporate and strategic transactions. She advises clients across the full business lifecycle on matters including venture financings and venture debt arrangements, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. Eugenia works with clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, hospitality, consumer products, software and other technology-driven sectors.
