Bret E. Strzelczyk is an associate in the Corporate & Securities Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Chicago office. Bret represents insurance companies and other institutional investors in U.S. and cross-border private placements of corporate securities. Bret focuses his practice on private placement financings, project financings, credit tenant lease financings, and other types of secured and unsecured lending transactions, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Bret has also represented financial institutions in acquisition financings, asset-based lending transactions, and tax equity investments. Outside of the United States, Bret’s recent experience includes transactions in Canada, Denmark, England, Ireland, Belgium, and Australia.
