He specializes and has over 25 years of experience in complex domestic, international and cross-border banking & finance transactions, bankruptcy and financial restructuring as well as M&A and private equity. Andrzej also advises and represents clients in dispute resolution matters before courts and arbitral tribunals. He has been recognized as one of the leading lawyers in Poland in Polish and international legal directories and rankings.
