Michael E. Mirdamadi represents clients in a broad range of high-stakes commercial and real estate litigation matters. He has deep experience in all phases of civil litigation and in defending class actions and other complex matters in federal and state courts across the country. Mike also has experience representing clients in internal and government investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, and other white collar matters.



  • Won dismissal of putative class action asserting claims under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.
  • Obtained injunction and attorneys’ fee award against municipality in action challenging municipality’s planned closure of local airport.
  • Won dismissal of breach of contract action arising out of right of first refusal to purchase local restaurant.
  • Won summary judgment in ejectment action on behalf of real estate investment company.
  • Won dismissal of $275 million foreclosure action on behalf of owner of iconic hotel.°
  • Defeated class certification on behalf of major financial institution in putative class action asserting breach of contract and consumer fraud claims.°
