On February 23, 2023, the College of Fine Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences hosted former U.S. Ambassador to Portugal and Greenberg Traurig Boston founding member Robert A. Sherman for a Dean’s Speaker Series event, presented in partnership with the Brad Morse Speaker Series. In his talk, America’s Security Challenges in 2023: The War in Ukraine, China and Beyond, Sherman drew on his extensive diplomatic, legal, and public service experience to discuss pressing international security issues, including the war in Ukraine, U.S.–China relations, and other emerging global challenges.
