IP Developments and What They Mean for Your Practice

This CLE event will consist of a presentation of landmark intellectual property cases and changes that have occurred in the last year, and the effects on practitioners in the areas of litigation, administrative proceedings, and client advisement. Ava Doppelt, partner with Allen Dyer Doppelt & Gilchrist, PA and Board Certified in Intellectual Property Law, will discuss recent copyright decisions and changes. Joshua Brown, shareholder with Greenberg Traurig, P.A. and Board Certified in Intellectual Property, will discuss recent developments in patent litigation and prosecution. Gregory Herbert, partner with Greenberg Traurig and Board Certified in Intellectual Property, will moderate the presentation and offer his own insights as a practitioner.
