Greenberg Traurig Represented ISOC Group in Acquisition of Most Expensive Office Building in Gdansk

WARSAW – March 8, 2019 – The Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented ISOC Group, a Manila-based (Philippines) investor in the acquisition of the Argon building in the Alchemia office complex in Gdansk. The transaction is one the largest investment in the history of Gdansk region office market.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Partner Radomił Charzyński, who was supported by Senior Associate Karolina Olko and Associate Jakub Gajzler. Partner Aleksander Janiszewski with his team consisting of Senior Associate Paweł Jaśkiewicz and Associate Iga Czerniak, was responsible for the financing aspect of the acquisition. Partner Marek Kozaczuk and Senior Associate Maciej Kacymirow were responsible for tax advisory.

Argon is the third phase of the Alchemia office complex. It is one of the largest free-standing office buildings in Poland and the most prestigious in the entire complex. Its gross leasable area is 38,000 sqm, with 36,000 sqm of office space and 2,000 sqm of retail.
