WARSAW – 1 August 2025 – Greenberg Traurig represented the group of founders of Univio, an IT company and partner in the digital transformation of commerce, in the sale of a majority stake in the company to Value4Capital (V4C), a leading CEE private equity fund.
The closing of the transaction was subject to customary conditions precedent, including the approval by the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
Backed by a strong financial investor, Univio plans to continue its dynamic growth, focusing on acquiring new customers and investing in partnerships and technologies. The next step is to transfer its proven development model from Poland to the international market.
The collaboration between the two companies will focus, among other things, on the dynamic development of M&A activities. The target companies will have complementary product offerings, including those abroad. The partnership will also involve supporting the development of new services aimed at new market segments.
