NEW YORK -- Sept. 15, 2016 -- Greenberg Traurig’s Warsaw team advised HB Reavis Group in the sale of an A class office building located in Mokotów, a popular office district in Warsaw, at 13 Konstruktorska St. The value of the transaction amounted to EUR 120 million.
Greenberg Traurig provided HB Reavis Group with comprehensive legal advice with respect to the transaction and the negotiation of all transaction documents, including the sale agreement.
The transaction was led by Warsaw office shareholder Radomił Charzyński who was supported by associate Dobrosław Płaska.
Konstruktorska Business Center is a modern A class office building located in Mokotów, Warsaw’s popular business district. It is Mokotów’s first office building with lavish greenery on the building’s two patios and offers approximately 45,000 m2 of modern office space for rent on Poland’s largest office floors – almost 7,500 m2 each.
