Jacqueline Brousseau focuses her practice in a variety of areas in intellectual property law, including counseling, enforcement, and litigation of trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, trade secrets, and unfair competition. She has actively participated in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation, and has experience representing clients in a jury trial before the U.S. District Court and in several proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). She also has deep experience in pursuing anti-counterfeiting litigation, and has conducted counterfeiting seizures and investigations.
Jacqueline additionally has experience managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, including trademark clearance, procurement, prosecution, and enforcement. She represents and advises clients across a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, restaurant and hospitality, entertainment, retail, consumer products, travel and transportation, video games, software, and technology.
