Catherine Carbonell is a member of the Land Use Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. In her various roles in local government, Catherine obtained deep experience in navigating the government approval process. She assists landowners, developers, and investors in the phases of a property’s development, including due diligence and obtaining entitlements. Specifically, Catherine has assisted clients in obtaining Brownfield designations and funding, subdivision approvals, Transfer of Development Rights (TDR), Transfer of Development Density (TDD), land use amendments, rezoning approvals, and site plan approvals.
