Carter Denton is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Real Estate Group in San Francisco. He works on a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings. His work spans a variety of property types, including office, multifamily and residential, health care, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality properties. Carter also works on matters involving real estate funds and investments, loan workouts and restructurings, and transactions with cross-border elements.
