Ketan M. Ganase focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as international commercial arbitration, primarily in Latin America and the MENA region. Through his litigation practice, he has defended clients in contract, products liability, tort, health care, and employment disputes. His international disputes practice has included appearances in arbitrations under the ICC, DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, CRCICA and in the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Ketan was a senior principal counsel for global disputes at DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), where he assisted in the management of the company’s worldwide portfolio of litigation and commercial disputes. In this role, he also gave legal direction on sensitive ethics and compliance matters, managed investigators conducting compliance investigations on subjects including employment misconduct, cybersecurity breaches, global trade violations, immigration issues, and criminal conduct, and advised legal executives on technological developments in litigation, ethics, and compliance management.
Prior to DXC, Ketan was an associate in the Miami office of a large international law firm.

- Represented Republic of Ecuador in Florida to recover $1.1 billion in embezzled bank funds from the Isaías brothers.°
- Defended general contractor in actions arising out of the Florida International University (FIU) pedestrian bridge collapse.°
- Defended Johnson & Johnson as post-MDL remand counsel in pelvic mesh products-liability cases.°
- Represented Ecuador’s national oil company in petition to be recognized as the victim of a money-laundering scheme involving inflated procurement contracts, entitling it restitution under the Mandatory Victims Restitution Act.°
- Represented online retailer in business dispute with software provider in the N.D. of California and the Ninth Circuit.°
- Defended Humana in numerous payor disputes with various health care providers, such as large physician groups and hospital systems, in Kentucky, Ohio, and Florida state and federal courts.°
- Represented a Latin American oil and gas company in three ICC commercial arbitrations subject to Dutch law.°
- Represented a contractor in an ICC arbitration arising out of the $15 billion construction of an international airport.°
- Represented a multinational development company in a DIFC arbitration governed by Saudi Arabian law.°
- Representing a UAE-based development company in a DIFC-LCIA arbitration governed by UAE law.°
- Representing a multinational oil and gas company in a CRCICA arbitration governed by Egyptian law.°
