Chris Gordon represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lending, and leasing matters.

Chris drafts and negotiates agreements on behalf of investment groups, commercial landlords, and national chains. He has assisted with the drafting, negotiation, and closing of joint venture transactions and has worked with commercial lenders to draft and review documents for securitized loans.
