Bryan Harrison is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice in Boston, where he focuses on high-stakes trade secret disputes. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts nationwide, handling matters involving trade secret misappropriation, breaches of non-compete agreements, breaches of non-solicitation agreements, violations of confidentiality agreements, breaches of fiduciary duty, and fraud. Bryan combines strategic, aggressive advocacy with a practical focus on achieving his clients’ business objectives.

Beyond his trade secret practice, Bryan litigates patent, copyright, and trademark matters, as well as complex commercial disputes involving contracts, franchises, payor-payee relationships, post-sale warranties, and consumer finance. He manages matters through every stage of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, fact and expert discovery, depositions, e-discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and post-trial briefing. Bryan has substantial experience in federal and state courts and in domestic and international arbitration. He contributed to the trade secret section of PLI’s 2025 Employment Law Yearbook and regularly writes on trade secret issues.

Bryan’s scientific background informs his ability to understand technically complex disputes and communicate difficult concepts clearly. He earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry and, before law school, worked in a clinical genetics laboratory at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he helped develop genetic tests to diagnose cardiomyopathy and hearing loss.
