Robert Hill works on a wide range of commercial litigation matters involving personal and business defamation, contract disputes, real property disputes, contract disputes, and patent litigation. Mr. Hill has experience with all phases of civil litigation, including drafting complaints, written and deposition discovery, dispositive motions, and trial. Mr. Hill has second chaired a federal False Claims Act trial that resulted in a jury verdict dismissing a multimillion-dollar fraud claim against his client. He has acted as the principal associate for two major defamation cases, including one which was finally adjudicated in the Arizona Supreme Court. In addition to his principal concentrations, Mr. Hill has resolved quiet title matters, garnishment issues, and trademark disputes on behalf of major clients.

  • On a pro-bono basis, analyzed evidence in major criminal matter as part of team that obtained exoneration for prisoner sentenced to life in prison for crime allegedly committed as a minor.
