Julia Hollo

Julia Hollo is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Miami office. She represents developers in virtually all aspects of condominium, mixed use and planned developments. She is actively involved in the preparation of condominium documents (including residential, branded residences, conversion, mixed use, commercial and condo-hotel projects), representation of developers before the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, preparation and negotiation of purchase agreements for the sale of pre-construction condominium units and representation of developers at bulk closings/grand openings.
