  • Advised global real assets investment manager CBRE Investment Management (CBREIM) throughout the year on closing in stages on some 49 premium logistics assets across Europe and the United States. In Europe, this landmark deal is one of the largest real estate transactions executed in 2022.
  • Advised Dom Development in connection with the acquisition of a 100% ownership stake in BUMA Group’s residential portfolio from Giovanni Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty.
  • Advised on a transaction relating to the logistics portfolio transaction situated in the Warsaw metropolitan area, which has been acquired by Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors.
  • Advised EQT Exeter in connection with the acquisition of a Polish logistics portfolio consisting of selected 5 class-A warehouse projects.
  • Advised Partners Group in connection with the acquisition of 11 A-class office properties from BUMA's portfolio, including two sites under development, with a total leasable area (GLA) of approx. 125,000 sq. m, located in Kraków and Wrocław.
  • Advised Union Investment on the acquisition of a multiplex cinema operating under the Cinema City brand from a Cineworld Group company. The cinema is located on the same site as the Manufaktura shopping center in Łódź.
  • Advised Tritax EuroBox plc, a fund investing in Continental European logistics real estate assets, on the acquisition of a technologically advanced logistics facility in Stryków, Central Poland, from one of the Panattoni Europe group companies.
  • Advised on the acquisition of real estate and project financing for a client from the Och-Ziff group.
  • Assisted in the legal due diligence of a real property in Warsaw for a client from the Skanska group.
  • Advised on the acquisition of the Bemowo Shopping Centre by a company from the Aerium group.
  • Advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. in connection with the legal due diligence of hotel properties.
  • Assisted in the work related to the legal due diligence of the Nova Park Shopping Center for a company from the Futureal group.
  • Advised on the sale of two commercial real properties for a company from the Griffin Real Estate group.
  • Advised Master Management Group in connection with the legal due diligence of real estate earmarked for the Galeria Młociny Shopping Center.
  • Advised on the acquisition of a real property located in Wrocław by a company from the Skanska group.
  • Assisted in the legal due diligence of Centrum Biurowe Lubicz, an office complex located in Kraków, for a company from the Griffin Real Estate group.
  • Advised on asset management of a commercial real estate portfolio for Blackstone, one of the world’s leading investment firms.
  • Assisted in the legal due diligence of Arkońska Business Park, an office complex located in Gdańsk, for a fund managed by PZU Asset Management S.A., one of Poland’s leading asset management companies.
  • Advised Złota 44 sp. z o.o., a joint venture company of Amstar Global Partners Ltd. and BBI Development S.A. in connection with a general contractor agreement regarding the resumption of construction work on Złota 44, a luxurious residential building in Warsaw.
  • Advised on sale agreements, including drafting agreements, and preparation of due diligence reports.
  • Advised Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. in connection with the legal due diligence of a real property and real estate financing.
  • Assisted in the work related to the legal due diligence and tax structuring of step-up transactions with respect to a commercial real estate portfolio owned by one of the leading real estate funds operating in Poland.
  • Advised Pfleiderer Grajewo and Atlantik in connection with the cross-border reorganization of the Pfleiderer Group which was based on a reverse takeover structure, where Pfleiderer GmbH. was acquired by Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. with the proceeds from the public offering of shares in Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. The total value of the Transaction was approx. PLN 744 million.
  • Advised on the demerger of ING Securities, a company from ING Bank Śląski group.
  • Advised Innova Capital, a private equity fund, on the acquisition of a majority stake in PEKAES S.A. from Kulczyk Investments S.A. and Kulczyk Holding S.A.
  • Advised BNP Paribas in connection with the acquisition of 90% of the shares in Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej S.A. from Rabobank. The value of the transaction was PLN 4 billion.
  • Advised Grupa LOTOS S.A. in connection with a PLN 1 billion public offering of shares.
