Profil
Martyna Kałdonek focuses her practice on individual and collective labor law as well as providing ongoing HR consulting to businesses. She supports Polish and international clients on day-to-day matters relating to workforce management and employment terms, including by preparing legal opinions and drafting and reviewing labor-related documentation.
She also advises on adapting documentation and organizational processes to new Polish and EU regulations as well as on drafting and implementing internal regulations, policies and procedures across the broader area of HR law. She conducts workshops, training and conferences on labor law and HR compliance matters and is also an author of publications in this field.
