Jack Keller is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Miami office. Jack routinely handles cases from inception through trial and has experience across a variety of complex commercial litigation and white-collar litigation matters in state and federal courts.
Jack focuses his practice on actions brought under the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Sherman Act, and other government and internal investigations, including antitrust, money laundering, and tax matters. Jack has represented clients in connection with investigations by all manner of government agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Additionally, Jack routinely handles cases involving breaches of fiduciary duties, civil theft and conspiracy, contract disputes, cross-border commercial disputes, private equity disputes, real estate litigation, and securities fraud. In connection with these matters, he regularly drafts dispositive motions and represents clients at hearings and depositions.
Prior to joining the firm, Jack served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army, where he handled administrative and internal investigations, prosecuted actions under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), and served as a command adviser on national security and military justice issues. He currently serves in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Trial Defense Counsel and maintains an active military pro bono practice.
