Hanna Kud concentrates her practice on litigation. She has experience in EU and Polish financial regulation as well as corporate law. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Hanna gained experience during a traineeship in the European Central Bank’s Financial Law Division as well as through internships in Citi Handlowy’s compliance office and a notarial office.

- Participated in the work for the European Central Bank’s Financial Law Division on EU financial regulatory matters, including analysing legislative proposals, preparing legal advice on the interpretation of EU financial markets law, and cooperating with European Supervisory Authorities.°
- Participated in regulatory compliance work at Citibank Handlowy, including analysing AML and sustainable finance regulations and the bank’s implementation thereof.°
- Assisted in preparing notarial deeds, including minutes of shareholders’ meeting, mortgage deeds, declarations on voluntary submission to enforcement and real estate sale agreements.°
- Participated in work on restructuring and insolvency matters, including due diligence, preparing procedural documentation and legal analysis in connection with commercial disputes
