Andrew Lee focuses his practice on antitrust and complex commercial litigation, with additional experience in appellate litigation, government contracts bid protests, and space regulatory matters. He has represented clients in federal and state courts, before the International Trade Commission, the Government Accountability Office, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Federal Communications Commission, and the Federal Aviation Administration. His experience spans a variety of industries including healthcare, aerospace, defense, and technology. He regularly publishes on competition law and international law and edits Greenberg Traurig’s monthly antitrust client alert, “Competition Currents.”
