With a background spanning government service and military experience, Nicholas LeFevre represents clients throughout the country in complex commercial, constitutional, and appellate litigation. He is a member of the firm’s Appeals & Legal Issues and Litigation practice groups. Before joining the firm, Nicholas clerked for the Hon. Michael T. Liburdi at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the Hon. Kathryn King at the Arizona Supreme Court.
Nicholas also maintains an active pro bono practice representing asylum seekers before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
