Elizabeth E. Moum is a shareholder in the Securities Litigation Practice of the firm's Palm Beach office. Elizabeth represents major broker-dealers and registered representatives in securities litigations, arbitrations, and regulatory proceedings before FINRA, the SEC, and state regulators. 

Elizabeth defends financial service firms in employment disputes involving allegations of federal and state statutory discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, defamation, and sexual harassment. She has also brought claims on behalf of employing broker-dealers who are seeking to enforce promissory notes.

Elizabeth is experienced litigating sales practice claims brought by customers for breach of fiduciary duty, elder abuse, negligence, fraud and violation of federal and state laws and industry regulations. She also represents registered representatives in proceedings seeking expungement of CRD records.
