Rose Cordero Prey is a nationally recognized intellectual property litigator and vice chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Patent Litigation Group. With over two decades of experience, Rose is known for her strategic leadership in high-stakes patent disputes across a broad spectrum of technologies—from semiconductor fabrication and wireless communication to cellular immunotherapies and fintech.
A first-chair trial attorney, Rose has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex patent infringement cases before federal trial and appellate courts, the International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her litigation acumen is matched by her deep technical fluency, grounded in her academic background in mathematics and physics, which enables her to navigate intricate technologies with precision and clarity.

Finding of no infringement of the four patents asserted and that plaintiff failed to prove it met the domestic industry requirement of Section 337.°
