Jin Xin is a real estate attorney with corporate law experience in M&A, securities law, and general corporate matters. She provides legal counsel in connection with the acquisition, development, and disposition of office, residential, and retail properties, including industrial and office parks, mixed-use projects, large residential developments, and self-storage spaces. She also advises on acquisition and construction loans and landlords and tenants on office and retail lease transactions.

- Represented a Connecticut-based real estate lender on multiple acquisition and construction loans in the aggregate amount of $214 million for projects including office buildings, luxury single-family homes, and high-rise condominiums in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Miami Beach, and Sarasota.°
- Represented a New York-based developer securing a $39 million acquisition loan for a 650 apartment units project south of Dadeland Mall.°
- Acted as Florida local counsel for borrowers on multistate loans and advised on Florida recording taxes and state-specific provisions of the loan documents.°
- Represented a major Florida grocery chain on leasing transactions throughout Florida.°
- Conducted title review of individual residential parcels in connection with a multi-county power line project for a major Florida power company. °
