New York/ Tel Aviv  June 9, 2022 – Attorneys from global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, advised New York-based industrial machinery manufacturing company ITT Inc., in connection with its acquisition of Habonim Valves and Actuators Ltd., an Israeli valve manufacturer.

Habonim manufactures ball valves, ball valve accessories, ball valve automation packages and actuators, and is based in Kfar Hanassi, Israel and also has operations in the United States and the Netherlands.
