Greenberg Traurig Advised Marvipol Development SA on the Sale of a PRS Project in Warsaw

WARSAW – 4 August 2022 – Greenberg Traurig advised Marvipol Development S.A. on the block sale of rental apartments in the first stage of Moko Botanika to the Heimstaden Bostad.

Moko Botanika is a modern residential development comprising 477 residential and 6 commercial units, situated in the Służewiec area of Warsaw  . It was designed entirely by the architectural studio Kurylowicz & Associates.

The Greenberg Traurig team was co-led by Local Partner Kamil Majewski and Senior Associate Filip Widuch, who were supported by Associates Marcin Gralewski, Jakub Gajzler and Alicja Flis. Managing Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch supervised the transaction.
