Partner Tomasz Korczyński Joins Greenberg Traurig as Head of the Infrastructure and Government Contracts Practice in Poland

Tomasz Korczyński, an esteemed advocate with an outstanding track record, joins Greenberg Traurig from his previous role as Head of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)/Infrastructure Practice at a prominent international law firm. He is considered one of the leading experts and practitioners on infrastructure projects in Poland, with a particular focus on projects with a public component. He has extensive experience in advising on infrastructure projects for entities in the public and private sectors, as well as for financing institutions. Tomasz is recognized by international legal rankings Chambers Europe and IFLR1000 as a leading lawyer in the field of infrastructure, energy, project development and transport. He is the author of numerous publications regarding PPP in Poland. Tomasz is a frequent speaker at conferences and courses on PPP both in Poland and abroad and has lectured at the Warsaw School of Economics. Tomasz Korczynski is serving his 4th term as a Member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Tomasz Korczyński joins Greenberg Traurig together with Associate Katarzyna Stochniałek, Attorney-at-law. Katarzyna advises on the conception, preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects. She specializes in public procurement law, as well as administrative and public law, particularly in the context of the operation of local government units.
