BOSTON – July 30, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added Jasmine N. Brown to its Boston office as an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.
Brown represents clients in complex commercial litigation, government enforcement matters, and internal investigations across the life sciences, health care, technology, financial services, and education industries. She regularly handles trade secret and restrictive covenant disputes, including pre-litigation investigations and enforcement actions for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies seeking to protect proprietary and confidential information when senior employees depart.
In the government enforcement space, Brown defends companies and individuals responding to civil investigative demands from U.S. Attorney’s Offices, Department of Justice and FBI investigations, False Claims Act litigation, and congressional inquiries. Her internal investigations work includes conducting witness interviews and delivering findings reports for hospitals, financial services companies, and educational institutions facing allegations ranging from workplace misconduct to regulatory compliance concerns.
