LONDON – Aug. 24, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s London and Berlin offices have advised Cyncly, a portfolio company of TA Associates (TA) and Genstar Capital (Genstar), on its acquisition of imos, a leading provider of computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing, integration, and automation software solutions for the woodworking, furniture manufacturing, and interior design industries.

The transaction further supports Cyncly’s strategy of delivering connected, AI-enabled solutions across the manufacturing lifecycle while expanding the capabilities available to furniture manufacturers globally.
