DALLAS – Aug. 18, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented GNC, a leading global health and wellness brand, in its expanded strategic partnership with DFI Retail Group to strengthen GNC’s presence in Singapore and deepen access to its science-backed health and wellness products across the market.
The multiyear arrangement appoints DFI as GNC’s exclusive wholesaler, distributor, and franchisee in Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore, building on a decades-long collaboration between the companies and supporting GNC’s return to standalone retail operations in Singapore.
