  • Representation of Hyatt Hotels Corporation in the acquisition of Hotel Nikko Mexico City, as well as several joint venture, development and hotel management agreements for the ownership, development and operation of hotels and resorts across several destinations in Mexico, including Mexico City, Los Cabos, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Ciudad del Carmen, Celaya, La Paz and Tijuana.°
  • Representation of major hotel brands, including Accor and The Sol Group, in the negotiation of hotel management agreements and ancillary agreements for hotels and resorts across Mexico.°
  • Representation of developers Grupo Questro, Great Wolf and RLH in the acquisition and development of various hotel and resort projects, including golf courses, waterparks and marinas, among others across several destinations in Mexico, including Los Cabos, Cancun, Riviera Nayarit and Costa Alegre in Jalisco.°
