  • Representation of Hyatt Hotels Corporation in several joint venture, sale and purchase, development and hotel management agreements for the ownership, development, and operation of hotels and resorts across several destinations in Mexico.
  • Representation of major hotel brands, including Accor, SBE, Playa Hotels & Resorts, and The Sol Group, in the negotiation of hotel management agreements and ancillary agreements for the management of hotels and resorts across Mexico.
  • Representation of Fibra Inn in several hotel-related matters.
  • Representation of Grupo Hotelero Prisma’s shareholders in the sale of its equity participation in such company to Aimbridge Group.
  • Representation of hotel real estate developers such as Capital Cuatro, Gentor, and Parks in several hotel related matters, including negotiation of hotel management-related agreements.
  • Representation of various residential developers, including Grupo Lar, in connection with the acquisition, development, and sale of residential projects.
  • Representation of major multifamily developers, including Greystar and MetroBuildings, in connection with the acquisition, development, and operation of apartments for rental projects.
  • Representation of office and mixed-use developers, including Desarrolladora del Parque, in connection with the acquisition, development, sale, and operation of real estate projects.
  • Representation of Hines in the negotiation of a joint venture with GIC for the acquisition and development of industrial projects across Mexico.
