Olivia Hunter advises employers and companies on labor and employment matters arising from mergers and acquisitions, workplace disputes, and day-to-day employment counseling. She drafts transaction documents, separation and release agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and employee handbooks, and she counsels clients on terminations, noncompete issues, and internal investigations. Her transactional employment practice gives her a particular understanding of the employment-related complexities that surface during complex deals. Olivia earned her law degree from Columbia Law School, graduating as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and her B.A. from Earlham College.
