Victoria J. Langton

Victoria (“Tori”) Langton focuses her practice on products liability litigation, including matters involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products. She also has experience with general commercial litigation matters, including false advertising and other intellectual property litigation. She has represented defendants in both state and federal courts, including single-plaintiff and mass tort actions and serving as national coordinating counsel for product liability matters.

Tori has experience with all phases of litigation, including both bench and jury trials. She has taken depositions of plaintiffs and treating physicians and prepared Rule 30(b)(6) witnesses and expert witnesses for deposition and defended their depositions. She has argued motions in both state and federal courts in pharmaceutical and medical device cases. She also argued a habeas appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Tori also has experience negotiating settlements and participating in mediation.
