The presentation titled, "Supplier Agreements – Strategies for Building Stronger Contracts During Turbulent Times," will focus on taking a fresh look at agreements in light of recent issues arising from the pandemic, the economy, and supply chain disruptions, in order to maximize protection and continuity of supply. Toni will discuss the importance of not only making sure that proper agreements are in place, but knowing what’s included in the terms. Finally, she will highlight some key provisions, including force majeure, price changes, and replacement costs, to stress the importance of properly addressing these issues before problems in these areas arise.
