Shareholder David Bloch is set to moderate a Berkeley Center for Law and Technology (BCLT) panel titled, "IP Litigation in Article I and Article III Courts: A Talk With The Judges." The panel will feature two sitting judges who will be comparing and contrasting their courts, their procedures, and how they handle intellectual property cases.
