SIS 2025 Lisbon Submarine & Infra Summit

SIS 2025 Lisbon Submarine & Infra Summit, hosted by Carrier Community, is a hybrid event that will convene over 300 global and regional leaders in fiber connectivity, submarine infrastructure, satellite, data centers, cloud, ISPs, and the broader ICT ecosystem. The summit will take place on June 5 - 6, and will feature high-level discussions on evolving connectivity trends, digital infrastructure investment strategies, and innovations in cloud, peering, security, and voice technologies. Attendees will gain knowledge on the future of digital transformation and cross-border connectivity while networking with telecom executives from across Africa, LATAM, Asia, and Europe.

On Friday, June 6, Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Denise Wood will be presenting "The Ongoing Influence of New Submarine Cable Consortiums in Enhancing Global Connectivity" from 11:40 am - 12:30 pm. The session will explore the evolving role of consortium models in subsea cable deployment and the emergence of new partnership structures. Denise will also examine shifting connectivity demands across regions and the continued influence of OTTs and hyperscalers on financing strategies.
