Business Litigator Lisa Zwally Brown Joins Greenberg Traurig in Delaware

WILMINGTON, DE – August 23, 2018 – As part of its ongoing growth initiative, the Delaware office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has welcomed Lisa Zwally Brown as of counsel in its Litigation Practice. She joined Greenberg Traurig from the Wilmington-based office of Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, LLP, where she was a corporate litigation attorney.

Brown represents clients in corporate and commercial disputes, with a focus on practice in Delaware’s Court of Chancery and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. She has defended and prosecuted a variety of business disputes, including fiduciary duty actions, appraisal cases, and contractual disputes. Additionally, she has represented special committees regarding the investigation of stock option practices.

Brown received a J.D., with honors, in 2002 from The George Washington University Law School. There, she was a member and managing editor of The George Washington International Law Review and member of the Law Association for Women and Street Law Society. Brown received a B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College in Government and Spanish. She is involved in her community as a volunteer with the Office of the Child Advocate and serves as a guardian ad litem. She is admitted to practice in Delaware, the District Court for the District of Delaware, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
