WARSAW - March 13, 2020 - The real estate team of the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw office advised Heitman on the sale of the Marynarska Business Park A-class office building complex. The complex was sold to Benson Elliot. Marynarska Business Park has 46,000 sqm of leasable area and is located in the Mokotów district of Warsaw.
The transaction was led by Senior Associate Rafał Siwek, supported by Associates: Wojciech Rzeczyca and Aleksandra Staromiejska. Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz supervised the work of the team.
Marynarska Business Park was completed in 2008 and was awarded the “The Best Overall Development in Poland in 2008” by Construction & Investment Journal. Marynarska Business Park was also recognized as “The Best Office Development in the CEE” at the CEE Real Estate Quality Awards Gala 2008.
