Steven Cowins Discusses Private Equity Investment in Real Estate at PERE UK Roundtable

LONDON – June 10, 2022 – Steven Cowins, co-chair of the Real Estate Funds Practice at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, participated in a PERE roundtable discussion on April 26 about the state of private equity investment in the UK real estate industry. Greenberg Traurig also was a sponsor of the event.

Cowins was one of four real estate professionals who shared their perspectives on the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic, war in Ukraine, inflation, and supply chain disruptions on various real estate sectors in the UK; strategies for navigating evolving market conditions; and pivotal UK real estate deals from the past year.

The other roundtable participants were David Inskip, head of UK real assets research at CBRE Investment Management; Frank RoccoGrande, founding partner at Deutsche Finance International; and John Benham, manager of BlackRock’s UK Property Fund.
