Greenberg Traurig’s Harold N. Iselin Recognized with Spirit Award by The New Jewish Home

NEW YORK – June 5, 2025 –Harold N. Iselin, co-chair of the Government Law & Policy Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, was recognized with the “Spirit Award” at The New Jewish Home’s Eight Over Eighty Gala. This award is presented to an individual for their dedication to expanding access to high-quality care and support for vulnerable older adults.

The New Jewish Home, founded in 1848, is a nonprofit health care system for older adults in New York City, providing care to over 4,000 clients through residential and outpatient programs. The Eight Over Eighty Gala highlights eight extraordinary individuals who personify the value of aging well and champion embracing life with intention, purpose, and continued accomplishment.

Iselin is the managing shareholder of the firm’s Albany office. He focuses his practice on governmental affairs, health care, and insurance matters, representing diverse clients before the New York State executive branch and state legislature. Additionally, he has represented numerous clients in managed care and insurance transactions, often involving complex regulatory issues.

In addition, friend of the firm Michael Bornstein, father of Greenberg Traurig Executive Vice President Scott J. Bornstein, was one of the recipients of the Eight Over Eighty Award. The event also honored former New York attorney general Bob Abrams, and attorney and activist Diane Abrams, musician Judy Collins, author Delia Ephron, long-time The New Jewish Home board member David Freeman and the Freeman Family, journalist Carol Jenkins, caretaker Marianne Kerner, musician Houston Person, and author Judith Viorst.
